What is Taj Mahotsav?

Taj Mahotsav is one of the most eagerly awaited festivals, celebrated from 18th  to 27th February every year at Shilpgram near the Eastern gate of  Taj Mahal.

Basically, Taj Mahotsav is an annual 10-day event where people from different states put their stalls.

Taj Mahotsav is all about shopping shopping shopping and shopping I remember when I entered the fair what I saw was exquisite, and could not even decide from where should I start shopping 😕. there were so many stalls, stalls like food, clothes, home décor, household, furniture, book n etc

You can literally find anything there at a reasonable price. I remember there were sarees at ₹100 and they were really beautiful, a pack of 6 makeup sponge at ₹60 and many more.

It was so cheap that I ended up buying almost everything .

After shopping, it was time for dinner and the food court had everything from north Indian cuisine to south Indian cuisine. The quality and the quantity of food was quite good and the sitting arrangement was also good after a tiring day you could actually relax and have your food and what could be better than ending your day with your favourite food.

Ps- there were stalls for “choti choti bhuk”also. 😋
